Short-term Job Opportunity with Jigsaw Peer Support Services

Jigsaw Peer Support Services from Walsh Trust are looking for a part-time peer support worker for a fixed 6-month contract, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3pm.

They welcome applications from people who have:

  • Been a mental health consumer themselves
  • A mental health or similar relevant health related qualification
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Good computer & record keeping skills
  • Familiarity with the West Auckland community
  • Excellent communication, relationship and advocacy skills
  • Creativity, enthusiasm and persistence
  • A mature, empathetic personality and a sense of humour
  • A full drivers licence
