CALL  FOR  ABSTRACTS

2013 Service User Academia Symposium

Taking Charge of Change

November 25-26

CQUniversity Australia, Melbourne Campus

108 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne

The Organising Committee of the 2013 Service User Academia Symposium invite abstracts for 30-minute presentations about the involvement of service users in higher education and research. Abstracts are welcome from current and aspiring service user academics and those who support us.  We are interested in a broad selection of topics ranging from the implementation of service user positions in academia to the development and evaluation of innovative service user led or co-produced research and teaching programmes. As the theme suggests we are particularly interested in change, how this can be initiated, created and managed.

To submit an abstract please send the following information to: Dr Sarah Gordon (sarah.e.gordon@otago.ac.nz) by July 27, 2012.
