Programmes Developer Team Leader Position at Rape Prevention Education

Rape Prevention Education (RPE), Whakatu Mauri (formerly Rape Crisis Auckland) is a non-profit agency working in partnership with others to eliminate sexual violence throughout Aotearoa through the delivery of information, education, training and advocacy services.

There is currently an opportunity for a highly motivated, mature and suitably experienced person to lead RPE’s Programmes Team.  The successful applicant will be a person who: has a high level of knowledge of primary prevention is able to research, develop, deliver and evaluate evidence-based programmes (particularly school-based programmes) has excellent teaching, presentation, facilitation skills, knowledge and experience, and has proven people management experience, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
