Your local crisis team is available 24 hours a day and their number is listed at the front of your phone book and in The Community Resources Directory here on the Engage Aotearoa website.
If you or someone you know is underway with a suicide attempt or faces an immediate risk of harm, call 111 and ask for ambulance or police. If both are needed, one will contact the other.
