Are you a Carer of a family member or someone close to you, or perhaps you know someone else who is?

Being a Carer is demanding on a whole lot of levels. Skylight invites you to join two free workshops designed to acknowledge and support you in your important role. Skylight would like to provide a special experience and a great opportunity to connect with others who understand what’s involved.

Facilitator: Sally Jansen van Vuuren is an experienced and caring counsellor working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. Sally has worked as a trainer, educator and consultant, and has developed and facilitated workshops for a range of organisations.
