The Sunrise Walk is open for the whole family to take part – even the family dog is welcome.  Everyone can now join in for this annual 5km walk around the Botanic Gardens in memory of a loved one or to simply be a part of something inspirational and fun that’s all for a great cause.

The Sunrise Walk for Hospice is a community driven fundraiser for Totara Hospice South Auckland.  With a large emphasis on bringing the community together, hundreds of invigorated people descend on the Auckland Botanical Gardens to celebrate the amazing service Totara Hospice delivers.

Revised start time of 7.45am is easier on the family, and the start line has been relocated to the top of the gardens outside Cafe Miko with lots of shade from the expected sunshine after the walk. There are some great new things happening on the day too so if you’ve been before , expect even more fun this year!  There will be a free sausage sizzle, bright and funky event bandanas plus gala-style fun after the event.

Help raise $100,000 and make this year’s Sunrise Walk the most successful and fun Walk yet!
