The Toi Ora Artists Collective proudly present IMAGINE.
These artists provide a unique framework that brings together a range eclectic imagery informed by life experience and translated into personal narrative through art. The artists use a range of media including painting, ceramics, photography, mixed media, creative writing and printmaking. The works are all connected through the strength of their individual experience and stories.  The collective are: Andrew Blythe, Helen Cross, Nikki Dixon, Matthew Farquhar, David Grierson, Tricia Hall, Juliet Jackson, Yolande Joe, James King, Toby King, Christine Mansford, Richard McConnochie, Paul Noffke, Maryann Savage, Joshua Kama Szabo, Bryan Slight, Patrick Te Ariki, Anita Whosoever, Louise Williams.

1. Paint the Sky exhibition at Toi Ora Gallery

Tuesday 4 December to Friday 21 December 2012.

The very popular Paint the Sky class proudly presents its work from the term and year.  Paint the Sky opens on Tuesday 4 December at 5pm at Toi Ora Gallery, 6 Putiki Street, Grey Lynn.

2. Performance & Acting class’s short film Bon Voyage world premiere

Tuesday 4 December at 6pm

Toi Ora Live Art Trust, in association with Howling Dog Productions, proudly presents Bon Voyage, the Performance & Acting class’s short film debut.  Written and directed by class stalwart David Grierson, the film playfully poses the question, “Will a jealous wife get even with her duplicitous husband?” Bon Voyage will screen on Tuesday 4 December at 6pm at Toi Ora Gallery, 6 Putiki Street, Grey Lynn

3. Gentle heads-up:  You are welcome to attend Toi Ora’s Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 12 December at 4pm at Toi Ora Live Art Trust.
