An advocacy service is being offered to support people dealing with WINZ.  You don’t need an appointment, there’ll be experienced people who can advocate on your behalf and get things sorted with WINZ right there and then. This’ll be the only time you go to a WINZ office where there are people happy, smiling and laughing. Seriously do it, you’ll be amazed at the extra support you can get.”
