PhD Support Group at University of Auckland

PhD Support Group

University Health Services runs a PhD Support Group which is open to all doctoral students. The group aims to help students deal with the sometimes pressurised experience of completing a doctorate and who may be facing some emotional hurdles along the way.

The support group meets for 1.5 hours every 3rd Wednesday of the month and addresses coping strategies for anxiety, depression, procrastination, managing work/life balance etc.
